The 2010 Spanish Feature Race was the first ever race in the GP3 Series, held on May 8, 2010 at the Circuito de Catalunya, and the first of the 2010 GP3 Season.

Nigel Melker took pole in the first ever qualifying session ahead of Pål Varhaug and Robert Wickens.
However, after Melker retired on the first lap, Varhaug went through and became the first ever GP3 series winner, with Wickens and Esteban Gutiérrez completing the podium. Miki Monrás scored the first point for fastest lap in GP3 history, and the first driver to finish 8th and thus take reverse pole for the feature race was Alexander Rossi.
